MMDKING

Alright.....im peeved...ive been searching aimlessly for a way to use the effects i downloaded,but it never works,and no matter how many tutorials i find...mo matter what i try i never get an answer. im starting to think it just wont work on my laptop...i have MMD v.739,MME v.027,and all of the files from MME are in the main folder,not Data or Userfile.......i can use basic effects like shape mosaic,but i cant use water or any of those.....assistance would be appretiated.

I am currently working on a ballet to "once upon a december" from the movie Anastasia,and i was wondering if anyone had anything to enhance the background beauty of the video:stages,background accessories,elegant furniture,etc...i would really appretiate it :D of course i'll credit anything i use,and if you help me out,i'll give you access to anything i put in the video:motion data,models,accessories,etc... So far the video is looking absolutely beautiful,and if anyone has any suggestions for ballet moves i can use,feel free to speak up :D being a guy,i don't know much about ballet,and i really want it to look like i know what im doing :D
